BELGIAN PASSPORT

Since December 2013, applicants have to submit biometric data. Therefore, applicants can only apply for passports in Belgian Embassies or directly in Belgium.

Applications can only be lodged on appointment at the Visa Section of the Embassy

The telephone line of the Visa section of the Embassy is open for calls every weekday from 12:00 to 13:00.

Holders of an official passport have to apply for the visa directly at the Visa Section of the Embassy from Mondays through Fridays between 9.00 and 11.00.
